(Alliance News) - Telford Homes PLC on Tuesday said Octopus Investments Nominees Ltd reduced its holding in the real estate developer, while Sand Grove Capital Management LLP built its stake in the firm.
In a transaction on Monday, Octopus disposed of its entire 10% holding in Telford. Meanwhile, also on Monday, Sand Grove obtained an 11% interest.
Telford shares were trading 0.3% lower late Tuesday in London at 351.00 pence each.
