Tricorn Group PLC - UK-based manufacturer of pipes - Resolves to appoint administrators to the company and its UK subsidiary within ten business days.
On Wednesday, the company says offers have been received from several parties for the acquisition of Tricorn's trading operations, however, the process is expected to be conducted out of administration, meaning the consideration receivable is unlikely to lead to any value for shareholders.
