Following the disposal, it holds 1.3 million shares, around a 0.4% stake. Says it will use the new cash to make further investments in line with its investing policy and for general working capital purposes. Kanabo Group PLC - formerly Spinnaker Opportunities PLC - started trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange earlier this week.
