EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Melrose Industries adds two non-executives to board

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Melrose Industries PLC - industrial turnaround specialist - Hires Heather Lawrence and Victoria Jarman to board as non-executive directors, effective from June 1. Lawrence is currently the managing director of a large European family office, and recently was a non-executive director at FlyBe Group PLC. Jarman is currently a non-executive director at Signature Aviation PLC, Great Portland Estates PLC and Entain PLC.

Directa Plus PLC - London-based producer of graphene nanoplatelets-based products for consumer and industrial use - Appoints Giorgio Bonfanti as chief financial officer, who will take up the position at the end of May. It is intended he will join the board in due course. He has been working for accountancy firm PwC since 2014. "His most recent role was as a senior manager in their Deals practice, which is focussed on assistance with stock exchange listings, due diligence, company valuations, business plans, financial restructuring and accounting audits," Directa Plus notes.

Equals Group PLC - London-based payments and e-banking firm - Appoints Christopher Bones as non-executive director with immediate effect. He has held senior executive positions at companies including distiller Diageo PLC and Cadbury.

Webis Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based gaming firm - Appoints Richard Roberts as non-executive director. He has "extensive experience" of the online sports entertainment industry, firm says, with his track record including time as a director of global sports entertainment company Sportech PLC.

SEEEN PLC - London-based social media technology firm - Says Non-Executive Mike Kelly stepping down from the board with immediate effect due to increased time commitments at his other pre-existing directorships. Firm will appoint another independent non-executive director in the near term.

IronRidge Resources Ltd - African-focused minerals exploration company - Hires Mark Schild as full-time financial controller. He is a chartered accountant with over 20 years' experience working at a senior finance level mainly in financial institutions and "fast paced technology businesses".
