SEC Newgate Spa - Milan-based communications, advocacy and research firm - Amends framework & contribution agreement signed in January 19 with Three Hills Capital Solutions III Fund to rectify a clerical mistake, namely the number of shares held by Hawk Investments Ltd to 1.1 million shares from 846,698 shares.
In January, SEC entered an agreement with Three Hills for EUR49 million funding for the future strategy and growth.
This corrects the aggregate number of shares held by shareholders which will contribute their shares into a new company to 19.2 million shares, reflecting 78% of SEC's entire issued share capital.
