LONDON (Alliance News) - Range Resources Ltd on Tuesday said it lodged a cleansing prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The purpose of the prospectus is to remove any trading restrictions in relation to the securities that were issued in lieu of annual interest payment of USD1.6 million under the convertible note with LandOcean Energy Services Co Ltd.
Range shares closed up 19% at 0.033 pence each on Tuesday.
