LONDON (Alliance News) - Rambler Metals & Mining PLC on Monday said it has received acceptances for less than half of shares in an open offer.
The company has received valid acceptances for over 37.5 million shares under the open offer, having in March planned to offer 121.6 million shares.
The 37.5 million shares were placed at 1.4 pence each, raising GBP524,861.
To date, the company has raised total gross proceeds from a subscription and open offer of GBP9 million via the issuance of 637.3 million shares.
Rambler Metals shares were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 1.35 pence each.
