Croda International PLC - Yorkshire, England-based chemicals maker - Sarah Brophy, associate of General Counsel Tom Brophy, sells 2,000 shares at GBP100.99 each, worth GBP201,986, on Monday.

M&G PLC - London-based savings and investment provider - Non-Executive Director Massimo Tosato buys 100,000 shares at GBP2.00, worth GBP199,940, on Thursday last week.

Helios Underwriting PLC - investment vehicle that consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's - Non-Executive Director Tom Libassi buys 175,000 shares via ILS Capital Management Ltd at 160p, worth GBP280,000, on Friday. ILS Capital now is interested in 13.3 million shares, a 19% stake.

Van Elle Holdings PLC - Nottinghamshire-based geotechnical engineering contractor - Anne Cutler, wife of chief executive officer Mark Cutler, buys 350,000 shares at 46.0p, worth GBP161,000, on Friday. The Cutlers now have 602,767 shares, a 0.6% stake.

Royal Mail PLC - London-based letters and parcel delivery - CEO Simon Thompson buys 20,892 shares at GBP4.72, worth GBP98,631, on Thursday last week. Katherine Amsden, associate of General Counsel Mark Amsden, buys 21,459 shares at GBP4.63, worth GBP99,252, also on Thursday.

Oxford BioDynamics PLC - biotechnology firm focused on discovery and development of epigenetic biomarkers - Non-Executive Director Stephen Diggle buys 198,004 shares via Vulpes Life Sciences Fund and Vulpes Testudo Fund at average 41.9p, worth GBP82,964, on Thursday and Friday. Diggle had bought 2.5 million shares on Tuesday last week. He now is interested in 14.9 million shares, a 14.9% stake.

TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-headquartered lender - Nino Masurashvili, deputy CEO of JSC TBC Bank, sells 5,000 shares at average GBP16.00, worth GBP80,000, on Thursday.

Anglo Asian Mining PLC - gold, copper and silver producer in Azerbaijan - Non-Executive Chair Khosrow Zamani buys 39,630 shares at average 116.61p, worth GBP46,213, on Wednesday to Friday last week. Zamani now has 1.5 million shares, a 1.3% stake.

Merit Group PLC - London-based data technology - CEO David Beck buys 76,237 shares at 50.5p, worth GBP38,500, on Thursday last week. The purchase is his only holding. Beck was made permanent CEO, from interim, back in September.

Triad Group PLC - Godalming, England-based software - Finance Director James McDonald buys 27,600 shares at 125p, worth GBP34,500, on Friday. The purchase is his only holding.
