Richland Resources Extends Deadline For Fuma's Capricorn Project Buy

(Alliance News) - Richland Resources Ltd said Monday it extended the deadline for the acquisition of its Capricorn project in Australia by Fura Gems Inc in order to provide more time for "legal formalities" to be completed.

In July, Fura Gems announced it had exercised its option to buy the Capricorn project for CAD150,000. The deadline for completion of this acquisition has since been extended a number of times already.

On Monday, another extension was granted taking the deadline to November 30 from the previous deadline of last Friday.

Shares in Richland were 14% lower at 0.079 pence in London on Monday.
