HOUSTON, March 13 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plc
restarted the coker at its 225,300-barrel-per-day (bpd) Norco,
Louisiana, refinery on Friday, said sources familiar with plant
operations.
Shell shut the 25,000-bpd coker on Monday to clean out
carbon that had built up in the unit's furnaces, the sources
said.
