June 3 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plc said it isrestarting a unit at its Scotford facility near Edmonton,Alberta, according to a message on a community information lineposted on Monday.
The restart may result in periodic flaring over the next 24hours, the message said.
The company runs a 255,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) oil sandsupgrader facility and a 100,000 bpd refinery at Scotford.
