HOUSTON, Nov 1 (Reuters) - The hydrocracker at Royal DutchShell Plc's 218,200 barrel per day (bpd) Norco,Louisiana, refinery remained shut on Thursday morning, saidsources familiar with plant operations.
The 40,000 bpd hydrocracker was knocked out of productionon Wednesday morning by a power interruption on the second stageof the unit. Shell began an attempt to restart the hydrocrackerlate Wednesday afternoon.(Reporting by Erwin SebaEditing by Chizu Nomiyama)
