* Exports to Europe total 274 mcm/day * Flows to Britain broadly steady OSLO, July 7 (Reuters) - Norwegian pipeline gas exports toGermany rose sharply on Tuesday, while those to Britain werebroadly steady, data from gas system operator Gassco showed. Total pipeline gas supplies to Europe were running at 274million cubic metres per day (mcm/day) by 1000 GMT, up 20 mcmfrom volumes delivered on Monday. Output rose as unplanned outages at the Troll and Sleipnergas fields ended. Norway's gas production capacity has been cut by 51 mcm/daydue to a planned gas field maintenance that started on July 4.The reduction is expected to last until July 23.
