May 16 (Reuters) - Motiva Enterprises said powerwas quickly restored at its 233,500 barrel-per-day Convent,Louisiana, refinery on Thursday morning after it experienced atemporary power outage.
The company did not specify which units were affected by thepower outage or whether the refinery had begun any restarts.
Motiva is jointly owned by Saudi Aramco's subsidiary, SaudiRefining Inc, and Royal Dutch Shell. In addition to itsConvent refinery, Motiva owns and operates a refinery in Norco,Louisiana, and another in Port Arthur, Texas.
