(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and late Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Brand Architekts Group PLC - Hires Tom Carter as chief financial officer starting June 22. Carter is currently finance & operations director at Technetix Group Ltd, having previously worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc, Sky Media and Procter & Gamble Co. ----------

Quadrise Fuels International PLC - Bryan Sanderson resigns as non-executive director as part of company cost-reduction programme, effective July 14. Quadrise won't appoint a new non-executive director until it "has progressed to commercial revenues". Chair Mike Kirk said: "The board felt that it was important to demonstrate a real focus on cost reduction throughout the group at this time."

----------

PZ Cussons PLC - Paul Grimwood to retire as non-executive director on April 30 "following a change in his personal circumstances."

----------

Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC - Nicos Sofianos appointed to board. A chartered accountant, Sofianas is one of the founding partners of Deloitte, Greece.

----------

Nektan PLC - Steven de Lara of Signature Litigation (Gibraltar) Ltd and Ian Defty of CVR Global LLP appointed as joint administrators in Supreme Court of Gibraltar. Shore Capital resigns as nominated adviser and joint broker. Nektan notes that AIM listing will be cancelled unless new Nomad is appointed within a month; however it has no intention of doing so. Trading in Nektan shares on AIM was suspended on Tuesday after the gambling technology company said it had failed to get the necessary funds for working capital.
