PV Crystalox Solar PLC - photovoltaic wafer maker - Confirms payment of EUR800,000, relating to the settlement of a legacy wafer supply contract, has now been received. The board will be recommending shareholders approve the necessary measures for a tender offer at a general meeting so that the capital return and delisting can be completed by end of September.
