PureCircle Chief Financial Officer Rakesh Sinha Resigns

(Alliance News) - PureCircle Ltd said on Tuesday its Chief Financial Officer Rakesh Sinha resigned from the company.

The company, headquartered in Malaysia, said Sinha had previously advised the board of his intention to return to the UK and continue his career there.

The company added that Sinha has agreed to remain with the company for a handover period before leaving on January 31.

John Slosar, chair of the company, said: "The board wishes Rakesh well as he returns to the UK and continues his career there".

PureCircle shares were down 2.3% in London at 1.70 pence each on Tuesday.
