PCF Group PLC - parent of specialist bank PCF Bank Ltd - Appoints Caroline Price as chief financial officer to replace Nick Price, who has been interim CFO since September 2020. Notes Richardson also will become the director of PCF Group's subsidiaries PCF Bank Ltd, PCF Credit Ltd and Azule Ltd. Says Richardson was CFO and board member at lending platform White Oak UK Ltd, where she was responsible for the Finance & Treasury teams, and helped develop their response to the pandemic.
