LONDON (Alliance News) - Oxus Gold PLC Friday said it has issued 83,334 new shares in the company at 3.0 pence each as payment for fees owed to its broker and nomad, SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP.
That payment is for around GBP25,000 and pays for fees owed for work carried out between July 1 and September 30.
Oxus shares were down 0.4% to 2.93 pence per share on Friday morning.
