(Alliance News) - Numis Corp on Wednesday said that the court has sanctioned the scheme for its GBP410 million takeover by Deutsche Bank AG.
Numis expects the takeover, which was approved by shareholders in June, to complete next week Monday.
Numis shares were flat at 343.00 pence each on Wednesday afternoon in London, while Deutsche Bank shares were 0.1% higher at EUR10.19 each in Frankfurt.
