Numis Corp PLC - London-based investment bank - Says it will be acquired by Deutsche Bank AG, with the takeover being implemented by a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. Expects the takeover to become effective by the fourth quarter of 2023. The takeover was approved by a majority of Numis shareholders. In April, the two companies agreed for Deutsche Bank to acquire Numis for GBP410 million.
