----------

Quadrise Fuels International PLC - Bryan Sanderson resigns as non-executive director as part of company cost-reduction programme, effective July 14. Quadrise won't appoint a new non-executive director until it "has progressed to commercial revenues". Chair Mike Kirk said: "The board felt that it was important to demonstrate a real focus on cost reduction throughout the group at this time."

----------

Shore Capital resigns as nominated adviser and joint broker. Nektan notes that AIM listing will be cancelled unless new Nomad is appointed within a month; however it has no intention of doing so. Trading in Nektan shares on AIM was suspended on Tuesday after the gambling technology company said it had failed to get the necessary funds for working capital.
