Training enterprise software provider NetDimensions has won a long-term contract in one of its target niches ahead of its final results announcement on Monday.Switzerland-based Uster Technologies, a leading textile quality control firm that is an independent subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corp, has chosen NetDimensions Talent Suite as software-as-a-service to provide training to its employees around the world.Uster Chief Executive Geoffrey Scott: "We were looking for a truly global company, which would be able to provide us with solutions that meet our specific requirements and help us improve our organisational performance."The contract value was not disclosed, but house broker Panmure Gordon said the deal provided an "annuity revenue stream" in one of the company's "high consequence target niches" with a new client in the "key German market". For its results on Monday, the company is expected to report full-year 2013 revenue comfortably in excess of the consensus forecast of $15.8m, with losses before interest and certain non-cash items likely to be substantially less than current market expectations, added Panmure.Shares in NETD were ahead 0.7% to 71.25p at 11:03 on Thursday.OH
