NetDimensions confirms unsolicited approach

(ShareCast News) - NetDimensions confirmed on Wednesday that it has received an unsolicited approach regarding a potential transaction that may or may not lead to an offer being made for the company."It is emphasised that there can be no certainty that an offer will be forthcoming or as to the terms on which any offer might be made."The statement was in response to a jump in the share price, which was up 17% to 53.75p at 1150 BST.
