LONDON (Alliance News) - Online retailer MySale Group PLC said Monday that the process of appointing a new chairman is progressing well and an announcement in that regard should be expected in the near future.
Previous non-executive chair Iain McDonald has departed the company following its annual general meeting earlier on Monday.
Shares in MySale were down 1.4% at 35.10 pence on Monday.
