Metal Tiger PLC - natural resource investor - Will receive around AUD516,000, or GBP283,000, from investee Sandfire Resources Ltd's dividend of AUD0.14 per share. Metal Tiger holds a 3.5% stake in Sandfire. Of its 6.3 million shares held, 2.6 million Sandfire shares are subject to an equity derivative financing arrangement with a global investment bank. The dividend due in respect of these shares will reduce the outstanding balance due under the umbrella facility to AUD11.4 million from AUD11.8 million.
