EXECUTIVE CHANGES: CPPGroup confident as two more directors depart

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

CPPGroup PLC - Leeds-based products and services for financial services and insurance sectors - Mark Hamlin and Timothy Elliott will set down as non-executive directors on November 30. Company will start search immediately to appoint two new independent non-executive directors as soon as possible. Hamlin, who has served on the board since 2016, was promoted to senior independent director only this past March. Last month, Oliver Laird resigned as chief financial officer and board member and will leave on October 31. CPPGroup says it made "good progress" in the third quarter, with its Indian business recovering strongly from the national lock down in April and May. Confident it is trading in line with market expectations for the full year.

Origin Enterprises PLC - Dublin-based agri-services - Hires Lesley Williams as independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Williams was head of Irish Equities at Investec Bank PLC, part of Investec PLC. She also was head of Irish Market for Euronext Dublin and head of Institutional Equity Sales at Goodbody Stockbrokers. She currently is a non-executive director of ferry operator Irish Continental Group PLC.

XLMedia PLC - Henley-on-Thames-headquartered marketing firm operating in online gaming, personal finance and sports - Appoints Cedric Boireau as non-executive director, effective immediately. Boireau will represent Premier Investissement, XLMedia's largest shareholder with a 28% holding.

Landore Resources Ltd - BAM gold project at Junior Lake in Ontario, Canada - Hires Huw Salter as non-executive director, starting immediately. Says Salter is an experienced company director who has held many financial services roles.

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC - venture capital trust managed by Gresham House Asset Management Ltd - Catherine Wall will step down as non-executive director on December 31, having served since 2014. Wall is chair of the board's Audit committee, and company will recruit a new Audit chair.

Parsley Box Group PLC - Edinburgh-based ready meals for 'baby boomer' and older demographic - John Swan resigns as director, having announced his retirement back in September.

Corcel PLC - London-based mineral explorer and developer with interests in battery metals and flexible energy generation & storage - Henry Bellingham joins board as independent non-executive director, as first announced in late September. Bellingham is a director of ADM Energy PLC.
