LONDON (Alliance News) - Manx Telecom PLC said Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Gary Lamb sold a total of 160,000 in three transactions.
The CEO sold the shares at an average price of 184.57 pence each for GBP295,312. Following the sale, he retains 456,329 shares in the company representing the 0.40%.
Manx shares were trading down 2.4% at 180.0p each.
