LONDON (Alliance News) - Exhibitions and conferences organiser ITE Group PLC on Monday said it has appointed Nicholas Backhouse as non-executive director, effective from Wednesday.
Backhouse has extensive experience at board level, including non-executive roles at Guardian Media Group PLC, All3Media Ltd and Marston's PLC. He is currently senior independent non-executive director at Hollywood Bowl Group PLC and Loungers PLC. In his executive career, Backhouse was the Deputy Chief Executive of David Lloyd Leisure Group
Shares in ITE Group were trading 0.1% higher at 72.90 pence each.
