LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Nicolas Backhouse and his wife Audrey purchased around GBP38,500 in shares on Friday last week.
The Backhouses bought 50,000 shares at a price of 77 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares they now hold following this transaction.
Shares in the exhibitions and conferences organiser were down 0.9% at 75.5 pence on Monday.
