(Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Monday said Chief Executive Ioannis Papalekas has bought shares worth almost EUR30 million.
Papalekas, who also founded Globalworth, purchased 3.0 million shares at EUR9.10 each, for EUR27.3 million. He now holds 29.2 million shares, or 15% of the company.
Shares were 1.9% higher on Monday morning at a price of EUR9.30 each.
