(Alliance News) - Finablr PLC on Friday said Bassam Hage will join the platform for payments and foreign exchange solutions provider as independent non-executive director from Monday next week.
Hage will also become a member of the Audit Committee, the company said.
Michael Tomalin, co-chair said: "He brings multinational audit and financial experience to the Finablr board. Bassam has 40 years' experience at Ernst & Young and is a newly appointed member of the Audit Committee of International Monetary Fund Washington effective from November 2019. He will be valuable to the group's further growth and development."
Finablr shares were trading 1.5% higher in London on Friday at 162.60 pence each.
