LONDON (Alliance News) - FairFX Group PLC on Tuesday said it has raised GBP2.0 million in an exercise of warrants covering 7.5 million shares.
FairFX shares were trading down 0.2% at 100.84 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
The warrants exercised had been issued to Crystal Amber Fund Ltd in March 2016, in conjunction with an equity placing conducted back then.
The funds raised will support FairFX's growth plans in 2019 and beyond, the e-banking and international payments group said.
