(Alliance News) - Devro PLC on Friday said its chief executive officer and chief financial officer purchased shares in the sausage casings maker.
CEO Rutger Helbing and CFO Jackie Callaway purchased 10,000 shares each at GBP1.655 per share in transactions on Tuesday. They each parted with GBP16,555.
Their stakes in the company following the transactions were not stated.
Devro closed 5.4% lower at 159.25 pence each in London on Friday.
