EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Finance hires by Driver, Skillcast, i(x) Net Zero

Tue, 03rd May 2022 14:27

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

i(x) Net Zero PLC - Jersey-registered investment firm focused on energy transition and sustainability - Poaches chief financial officer of OPG Power Ventures PLC to be its new finance director. Dmitri Tsvetkov will join on June 1, i(x) Net Zero says. OPG, which develops and operates power plants in India, says Tsvetkov will be replaced by Ajit Pratap Singh, currently an executive director of OPG's Chennai operating company. OPG also provides a trading update for the financial year that ended March 31. It generates 1.87 billion kilowatt hours of power, down from 2.11 billion kWh in financial 2021, saying the reduction is due to the spike in international coal prices and freight costs. Plant load factor slips to 52% from 58%. More positively, net debt is slashed to GBP10.2 million from GBP16.2 million a year before.

----------

Driver Group PLC - Lancashire-based professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries - Hires Charlotte Parsons to be chief financial officer and an executive director, starting July 20. Parsons was finance director at High-Point Rendel Ltd and CFO of James R Knowles (Holdings) PLC.

----------

Skillcast Group PLC - London-based e-learning and digital compliance software and content - Hires Richard Steele as CFO, joining on Wednesday next week. Steele was CFO of AIM-listed Mind Gym PLC until the end of last year. Mind Gym is a London-based personal and business coaching service provider.

----------

Gateley Holdings PLC - Birmingham-based legal and professional services - Promotes HR Director Victoria Garrad to board, replacing Chief Operating Officer Peter Davies, who stepped down on April 30. Davies will remain COO for another 12 months, at which point Garrad will replace him as COO. Garrad has been with Gateley since 1996 and HR director since 2017.
