DeepMatter Group PLC - the data & analysis company - Completes fundraising, with a total of 130.8 million placing shares and 11.7 million subscription shares placed at the price of 1.5 pence, conditionally raising gross proceeds of GBP2.1 million. Canaccord Genuity acted as nomad, sole bookrunner & broker. Following admission, the company will have a total of 879.1 million shares overall. Directors Mark Warne and Laurence Ede subscribed for 1.5 million and 1.2 million shares, respectively, at an issue price.
