LONDON (Alliance News) - 4d Pharma PLC on Thursday said that Chair David Norwood acquired 15,000 shares in the company.
On Wednesday, Norwood bought the shares at 100.00 pence each for a total of GBP15,000. Following the acquisition, he now holds 7.1 million shares in the pharmaceutical firm, representing an 11% stake.
4d Pharma shares were trading 1.8% lower at 97.18p each on Thursday afternoon.
Pharmaceutical company 4d Pharma has reported losses of £2.38m in its maiden set of full-year results. Basic losses per share totalled 4.81p. 4d, which uses selected bacteria to develop treatments, said that during the period its cash, cash equivalents, deposits and short-term investments increased
