Countryside Properties PLC - FTSE 250-listed housebuilder - Acknowledges that only 78% of shareholders voted in favour of re-electing Douglas Hurt as a director at its February 5 annual general meeting, though the resolution did pass.
"The board notes the result of this resolution. We engaged widely with shareholders during the year and will continue to do so. We will publish an update on this engagement, in accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code, within six months of the 2021 AGM," says Countryside.
