Distil PLC - London-based owner of premium spirit brands - Non-Executive Director Roland Grain exercised warrants over 21.7 million new shares at 2p each, worth GBP433,333. The exercise was via Grain Gmbh. The warrants had been issued to Grain as part of Distil's fundraise back in July to invest in Ardgowan Distillery. Grain now has 156.5 million shares, a 22.9% stake. Distil shares were quoted at 1.22p on Tuesday, down 9.6% on the day.

Countryside Properties PLC - Brentwood, Essex-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Iain McPherson buys 55,935 shares at GBP4.17, worth GBP233,249, on Monday.

Hargreaves Services PLC - Durham, England-based services to industrial and property sectors - Non-Executive Director Chris Jones buys 7,459 shares at 406p and wife Ann buys 9,000 shares at 409p, together worth GBP67,094, both on Tuesday. Chris Jones now interested in 79,369 shares, a 0.3% stake.
