(Sharecast News) - Countryside Properties has pushed back the release of its full-year results, pinning the blame on the Covid-19 pandemic.
Publication of the company's results for the year ending 30 September 2020 has been delayed to 3 December from 19 November.
"This revised date has been agreed at the request of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the group's auditor, and reflects the impact of Covid-19 on the audit process," it said.
The housebuilding and urban regeneration company also said a pre-close statement will be put out on 15 October.
