(Alliance News) - Cluff Natural Resources PLC on Wednesday said Canaccord Genuity Group Inc now holds a 17% interest in the oil and gas company.
Prior to this transaction on Monday, Canaccord's holding, if any, was not disclosed.
Cluff Natural Resources shares were trading 2.9% higher in London on Wednesday at 1.75 pence each.
