IN BRIEF: Cambria Automobiles takeover by Bidco now unconditional

Cambria Automobiles PLC - franchised motor retailer - Following the satisfaction of the acceptance condition for the deal where Cambria Bidco Ltd will acquire the retailer at an offer for 82.50 pence per share, all other conditions have been either waived or satisfied, making the offer unconditional.

Cambria Automobiles will now look to cancel its shares on AIM.

Current stock price: 82.04 pence

Year-to-date change: up 40%
