Braveheart Investment Group PLC - investor in small- and medium-sized businesses based in Barnsley, England - Buys 3.7 million shares in Autins Group PLC for 22.02 pence per share on average. Purchase costs GBP803,750 in total. This purchase increases the company's stake in Autins to 12%. AIM-listed Autins specialises in acoustic and thermal issues in the automotive industry. Says Autins reported a pretax loss of GBP1.8 million on revenue of GBP21.5 million for the year ended September 30, 2020.
