BlueRock Diamonds PLC - Kareevlei diamond mine in the Kimberley region of South Africa - Appoints Gary Teichmann as non-executive director at its general meeting held on Monday. Teichmann is executive chair of the Teichmann Group, a member of a concert party that holds 26.8% of BlueRock shares. Experienced in the mining, construction and agriculture sectors in Africa, Teichmann has been an "instrumental force" in the growth of the company, BlueRock said.
