LONDON (Alliance News) - Brack Capital Real Estate Investments NV on Thursday said it has completed the sale of its holding in the CitizenM hotel on Bowery street in New York, US, to its partner CitizenM.
The transaction was first announced at the end of March last year, but financial details were not disclosed. At the time, Brack said the price "reflects no material profit or loss" for the company.
Brack shares were untraded on Thursday, last closing at EUR1.00 each.
