LONDON (Alliance News) - Bacanora Lithium PLC said it is not aware of any unpublished information which could have led to the rise in its share price on Tuesday.
Bacanora shares were trading up 11% at 13.93 pence each on Tuesday morning. However, they remain down 44% in the year to date and 84% in the past 12 months.
The company added that "unsubstantiated social media speculation should be treated as such".
Furthermore, Bacanora said it is not aware of any corporate developments that support the share price movement.
The company remains focused on completing its funding to commission the chemical processing plant at its Sonora lithium project in Mexico and achieve first production in the second half of 2021.
