LONDON (Alliance News) - Avanti Communications Group PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Andrew Green bought 21,888 shares at a price of 218 pence per share Wednesday.
The purchase is his only holding in the satellite communication services company.
The stock was down 0.6% at 212.25p Thursday.
