LONDON (Alliance News) - Augean PLC on Thursday said Christopher Mills purchased shares in the waste treatment company in three transactions on Wednesday.
Mills is a non-executive director of Augean's investment manager Harwood Capital LLP.
Mills acquired 50,000 shares at a price of 51 pence each, 25,000 shares at 48p each, and 680,166 shares at 50.92 pence each.
In total, Mills bought 755,166 shares, worth GBP383,865.
Augean shares closed 1.9% higher on Thursday at 53.00p each.
