IN BRIEF: Ince Group wins FCA approval for Arden Partners acquisition

Ince Group PLC - London-based legal services company - Says that the UK Financial Conduct Authority has approved its acquisition of Arden Partners PLC, a corporate adviser and multi-service stockbroker based in London. The acquisition was announced in October. The acquisition valued Arden at approximately 31 pence per share, a premium of 41% to Arden's closing share price of 22 pence prior to the announcement.

Current Ince Group stock price: 34.00 pence, down 6.1%

12-month change: down 17%

Current Arden Partners stock price: 21.50p

12-month change: up 82%
