LONDON (Alliance News) - Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC has had a good start to 2016, Chairman Henry Angest told shareholders Thursday, with overall lending volumes higher than a year earlier.
At the end of the first quarter, customer loan balances have increased by more than 30% compared to the prior year, Angest said at the company's annual meeting.
Shares in Arbuthnot were up 2.7% at 1,510.00 pence Thursday.
